Order Availability

We will ship products that are in stock on the same day of receiving your order (before 1pm). We will always attempt to use a next-working day delivery service (subject to availability). We make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information about product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will put your order on our back order system and will ship as soon as the product is in stock. In some cases we may outsource the order to one of our partners or direct from the manufacturer who will be able to fulfill your order, if we cannot fulfill it within 36 hours. If you wish to cancel the order you may do so. We will take appropriate steps to reimburse any payment you have made in respect of the product.

Products available for sale on this website are subject to these terms and conditions. By purchasing products on this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and you are bound by the version available on the site at the date of purchase.

The website contains trademarks which belong to G4I limited or which have been licensed to G4I limited by the trademark owners. Any use of these trademarks by you is forbidden unless prior written permission has been obtained from the trademark owner. G4I limited will take legal action against any individual or organisation which seeks to use 'The Tech Warehouse' name, material, logos or trademarks for unlawful purposes.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping for small items (such as accessories) will not require any further carriage to UK non-mainland addresses - these will be shipped via UK Post Office or private courier. Shipping for larger items (and all items over 1Kg) to Rep. Ireland, N. Ireland, Channel Islands, Jersey, Guernsey and Scottish Highlands will automatically cost a further £10 over the amounts indicated above. Payment will be taken though Paypal - Website Payments Pro engine. This amount will be automatically added to your order.

Please note for December online ordering: Some parts of the UK will be experiencing delivery delays due to the amount of parcels our couriers have to handle. Poor weather during the winter in some parts of the country will also be a factor and your delivery may be delayed.

Returns

Our returns policy is valid for 28 days from receipt of goods.

We will replace any faulty items like-for-like, or if the item is no longer available, will refund the original payment method within 28 days of original purchase.

Products returned for refund must be in the original packaging (i.e. outer carton & sealing) with no damage to the boxes or equipment. Items returned for refund which have any damage to internal packaging/wrapping, instruction manuals or damage to the outer box, will be subject to a 25% handling charge or maybe be refused and sent back to the customer.

Please call us before you send the units back for a refund. Different units will need to be sent to different processing warehouses. When you return your item please remember to ask the Post Office for a receipt which you should keep as proof of sending until you have received your replacement or your refund. Please include the order number to enable us to trace the order and speed up the processing of the return/ refund.

We advise you to take a picture before you send the unit, as units could get damaged during transit. This will help if an insurance claim needs to be made and this will speed up the processing of the return.

Once we have received your item at our warehouse we will process your return within 48 hours. You should expect to see your refund in your account within 5 working days once you have received your refund update email, please note some banks may take longer than 5 working days to process refund payment.

We can only refund postage costs if we have sent you the wrong item or if the item is faulty. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

Where carriage was included "Free of charge" within the initial order then we reserve the right to refund the purchase price less a charge of £10 for UK-mainland orders and £20.00 for UK (non-mainland orders, i.e. N. Ireland, Jersey, IOM, Channel Islands).

If you have not received your refund and it has been 10 working days since receiving your refund update email, please contact our customer service team.

Products packed in Blister Packs (sealed plastic), cannot be returned if the blister pack has been opened unless they are faulty.

Unwanted headphones cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty or 'Dead on arrival'.

We will refund the price of the product, less any delivery costs charged. Certain exclusions apply (listed below).

Special order items - are not stock items and are ordered as when customers place orders. Full payment must be made prior to order placement. Special order item are non returnable or exchangeable and are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulation 2000 returns policy.

Any items that wish to be returned after 28 days of purchase will be subject to a minimum 25% handling charge.

Software - Please note that Software (unless it is still factory sealed and 100% intact) cannot be returned and is exempt from Distance Selling Regulations. Custom made items or products altered or designed as per customer's specifications cannot be returned or

Shortages- It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Incorrect Goods- It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods within 48 hours of receiving the delivery

Faulty Goods

We will collect and replace any items that arrive damaged or are "dead on arrival". It is our customer duty to inform us within 48 hours of their original purchase of the issue to arrange collection and replacement. Please call us or send as an email with all order details.

Products that become faulty after 28 days from the date of delivery, the manufacturer becomes liable under the terms of their warranty. Damage in Transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

Faulty goods returned which have been inspected by our engineers and found not to be faulty will be returned to the customer and will incur an appropriate carriage charge. It is therefore very important that all items are checked for a legitimate fault, by the customer.

Most items carry 12 months' warranty some items carry a longer warranty. Please make sure you keep any warranty details and serial numbers during the life of the product. This will allow us to speed up the processing of returns, refunds and warranty claims.
