Your representations

As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature
From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery or we will not be able to entertain any claims.

Prices

All prices stated on the website are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of delivery costs, except where stated. Prices and availability of products may be changed at any time without notice.

Payment

Where payment is made by credit or debit card, you authorise us to debit your card with the total cost of the products selected plus VAT and delivery costs. Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellation will be made to the same card. If your card cannot be verified or is any way unacceptable, the order will be cancelled immediately.

We can take payments from the following credit & debit cards; Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta, American Express cards are accepted without surcharge. We reserve the right to delivery only to the card holders billing address or any other address acceptable to the card issuer.

Liability

We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or other consequential, special or indirect loss arising out of the use of any product purchased from this site. All implied warranties and undertakings are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Who is collecting the data?

Tech warehouse is to manage our service and duty to our customers. We keep basic records for warranty purposes and your data will be purged automatically after 24 months of order at most.

What is the legal basis for processing the data?

Servicing our duty as a distance seller and managing any communication from Buyer to manufacturers should there be a warranty case.

Will the data be shared with any third parties?

Only Name address will be shared to third party delivery companies. If they miss a delivery we will issues your number to avoid returning goods and failing to attempt the 2nd delivery. All our third party partners have above board GDPR policies.

How will the information be used?

Your information will be used to physically allow us to deliver your goods on time and within specified schedules. We will keep data as long as our distance selling rules permit us to keep them. We will only keep them for any warranty procedures. You will only hear from us via email to confirm your order has been dispatched with an attached invoice. We may contact you if there is failed delivery attempt.

Subjects (Customers) may ask what info we have at any time, please email us as the below email address. We have built the below form for the customer to raise an issue and purge any data we may have. Please note if you choose to purge within your warranty period we may not be able to effectively manage your warranty RMA resolution with manufacturers. Thus please keep the invoice with all order information for any claim moving forward if this is the case.
